Product Delivery Policy

The Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer through approved courier companies or the transportation means of the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community or through in-store booking system.

Delivery of goods is made only within Romania.

Delivery of products can be made within a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 60 days, from the moment all the details of the order have been validated.

Delivery times are displayed on the website for each product and vary depending on the product. In case it cannot execute the Contract, because the product is not/no longer available, the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community will inform the Buyer about this unavailability, following that the amounts of money paid by the Buyer for the unavailable product or service to be refunded within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

The Buyer has the obligation to unpack and verify the quantity and quality of the parcels, based on their labeling, to unpack and check the integrity of fragile parcels as well as fragile packed components (e.g., glass parts) and to notify the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community of any irregularities, in the shortest time, but no more than 48 hours from delivery.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods if they are not in accordance with the technical details specified on the product page. In this case, the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community assumes responsibility for bringing the products into conformity with the details on the product page.

The Buyer will take ownership of the goods after making the payment, scheduling the delivery and signing the transport document.

Also, the consumer has the right to return the products within 14 days of purchasing them.

The contractual relations between the parties are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising between the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community and the Buyer generated by the delivery of the products and which cannot be resolved amicably will be sent for resolution to the competent courts.

Return/Cancellation Policy The Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community offers the Buyer the service of returning the products according to the internal policy and the legislation in force. The Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community reserves the right to refuse a return in the event that the return criteria are not fully met.

According to the legislation in force, the Buyer has the right to notify the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, bearing all the return costs.

The Buyer is informed that, in the event that the returned products show signs of wear, scratches, hits, mechanical, electrical or any other nature shocks, or, where appropriate, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community reserves the right to decide on accepting the return or to withhold an amount from the product’s value, an amount that will be communicated after assessing the damage caused.

Products must be returned in the condition of a new product and accompanied by all accessories (including elements delivered with the product for its assembly and installation), original documents (fiscal invoice, fiscal receipt, technical sheet, user manual, warranty certificate etc), well and appropriately packed and protected for transport.

In case of exercising the legal right to return the product, the refund of its equivalent value will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the return request, through the same payment method or another method agreed by the Association for Support of the Ukrainian Community and that ensures full restitution of the paid price.
